What if I rush the newsletter what then
A thing that happens if you have ice cream shops and/or restaurants is you need packaging to put ice cream and/or food in so people can take it home with them if they're not eating it at your place. And a thing that's been happening the last year and a half or so is supply lines are all banged up pretty severely which means the packaging you HAD been using is sometimes all of a sudden out of stock across all of the different suppliers and a thing that happened when that happens is I spend more than two hours on the internet trying to find usable take out containers when I should be writing a newsletter and I'm gonna try not to make this whole thing a dour experience, but I'm not going to promise anything ever again because if you can't get your ice cream pint in the pint you're used to all bets are off, aren't they? Here are two new things from last week because nothing is new this week and dourly maybe nothing will ever be new again. This recipe video is a surprise. Both shops have Kelcey's Chili Crisp again. It's good on everything and your favorite ice cream store will write you a custom poem or haiku. The link was broken the last two weeks, but it's fixed now. I'll write it about whatever you tell me about, or if you want something about avocados, here's a link to a kids book I wrote a couple years ago. This is one of theworst things that could happen.

6 things you can do to help every restaurant you like, especially ours.
1) Ask Congress to refill the Restaurant Revitalization Fund.
2) If you work in an office that caters lunch, recommend Earnest Drinks/Gracie's for catering. Get in touch for info.

This is the same paragraph every week about needing a cook. Like every other restaurant in the area, we're still hoping to hire a cook. That link may be dead, but we still need a cook. Send a note if you're interested. We're going to try to pay you right, give you a good lifestyle outside of work, and give you schedule flexibility in case you have other stuff going on. Our next cook will be guaranteed at least $18 an hour, room to grow, and we demand you maintain a life outside of the shop because there are more important things than work. We're not open late, so you won't be working late. Additionally, our shop has a brand new HVAC so you won't be sweating your ass off on a poorly ventilated hot line with someone screaming at you.
It was hot on Monday and Tuesday, but I didn't think it was too hot, but it was hot enough that the freezer decided to stop working. Which was lame. Luckily we caught it in time and saved everything and it seems like turning it off and then on again "fixed it." At least it was fixed immediately after turning it off and on. Maybe it's broken again now, which would be really annoying. On Monday, I got update on the freezer I ordered at the end of April which was, "they lost their foam again. the production line is shut down. no updates."
